If you would like to see both what you are sharing and see the client, you will require a second screen or you would need to resize the Sessions app window to be side-by-side with the area you are sharing
If you choose to resize the sessions app window to sit beside a second browser window, you can choose to share only a specific window or tab instead of your entire screen. This will allow your client to see only the contents of the window besides the Sessions app window.
