Grant a Client access by sharing your URL either directly or via the Email Link feature in your Waiting Room.
To set up a Session with your client, simply send them your Waiting Room Link. This link can be found in your Sessions Dashboard:
Your link remains the same for all Clients / Sessions however you do have the ability to edit or customize your Waiting Room Link at any time - In the Sessions Dashboard, select Settings and edit your custom waiting room link:
Clients can sign into your waiting room at anytime but only you are able to allow them into the Session by selecting "Start Session" next to their name:
Clients are not able to see each other while in your Waiting Room. The Therapist or Provider can chat with the client while in a session or on the Sessions dashboard.
