Share your Waiting Room URL with your client to grant them access.
Your link remains the same for all clients and sessions, though you can update it anytime -see Updating Your Waiting Room Name and Link
Using a Computer:
- Launch Sessions.
- Select Copy Waiting Room Link to share via email or social media.
- Alternatively, select Send Invite to email an invitation with a session time and custom message. (Note: This option is unavailable on mobile.)
Using a Mobile Device:
- Select Share Your Waiting Room Link and choose the communication method (e.g., email, Messenger, WhatsApp).
- While the invite template doesn’t include session details, you can manually add the time and date before sending.
