Allowing Sessions App Permissions (Android)

How to allow Sessions to access your camera, microphone and/or to send you important notifications on your Android device.

If your camera or microphone is blocked or you are not receiving notifications:

1. Log into your Sessions app and head to Settings

2. Ensure Notifications and both Camera and Microphone permissions have been granted. 

3. If permission has been granted and you're still having difficulty, select Manage in System Preferences.
4. Ensure permission has been granted under Notifications and Permissions.

5. If the issue persists, it may be worth Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that didn't resolve the issue, it is time to contact support - Remember to provide as much info as possible - Device and operating system information is a must.
