How to enable camera and/or microphone access if they remain blocked on your Microsoft device
If Sessions has been granted access to your camera and microphone within your Browser and you still get a "Your camera and microphone are blocked..." error, you may need to allow your Browser access to your camera or microphone.
- Select Start > Settings > Privacy
- Under App Permissions, select Camera.
- In Allow access to the camera on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on.
- Scroll down to Allow desktop apps to access your camera and make sure it's turned on.
- Ensure your preferred Browser is displaying under this list
